This market predicts whether the S&P 500 will open higher on June 12 than it closed on the previous trading day. It resolves "Up" if the opening price exceeds the prior close, and "Down" if it falls short. If the prices are exactly equal or SPX doesn't trade during the regular session, the market splits 50-50. Resolution uses official S&P 500 Index data from the Wall Street Journal.
